Law & Policy Analyst
Zachary Leibman joined CHHS in October 2020, after graduating from the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law, where he earned a concentration in Cybersecurity & Crisis Management.
During law school Mr. Leibman externed with CHHS, assisting with various projects, and worked as a research assistant with CHHS’s Community Resilience Initiative. Mr. Leibman also participated in the law school’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneur Clinic where he assisted individuals and local businesses with their intellectual property needs. In addition, Mr. Leibman was a research assistant to Professor Danielle Citron.
In addition to his work at the University of Maryland, Mr. Leibman completed an internship with the Babel Street, where he researched and provided guidance on national and international privacy law.
Prior to law school, Mr. Leibman was a Systemic Justice Fellow at Harvard Law School. He graduated from New York University.
