Law & Policy Analyst
Peter McCullough joined CHHS in October 2020, upon graduating the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law, with a concentration in Cybersecurity & Crisis Management.
During law school Mr. McCullough externed with CHHS and had the opportunity to work closely with Director Greenberger as a research assistant. Additionally, as a member of the Pretrial Release and Parole Advocacy Clinic, Mr. McCullough advocated for indigent clients at bail hearings and through the parole process.
For his work during law school, Mr. McCullough was awarded the Public Service Award for work that advanced the public interest.
Mr. McCullough has had the opportunity to intern for the Baltimore City’s State’s Attorney’s Office and the Maryland Office Attorney General to hone his legal skills. Furthermore, Mr. McCullough was able to enhance his legal education when he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Marcus Shar in Baltimore City and the Honorable Paul Grimm in Greenbelt, MD.
Prior to law school, Mr. McCullough graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BA in History and a minor in Media Studies.
