Kirby McMahon joined CHHS in August 2019, after graduating from the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law, where he earned a concentration in Cybersecurity & Crisis Management.
During law school Mr. McMahon served as an Articles Editor on the school’s Journal for Business and Technology Law, where his article was selected for publication. Throughout law school Mr. McMahon externed with CHHS, assisting with various projects. Mr. McMahon also participated in the law school’s Public Health Law Clinic where he testified before the Maryland General Assembly on the importance of combatting food insecurity in vulnerable populations.
In addition to his work with CHHS, Mr. McMahon completed an internship with the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, where he assisted in the recovery efforts for the 2018 Ellicott City Flooding.
Prior to law school, Mr. McMahon graduated from the University of Maryland, College with a BA in History.
