Professor Greenberger will speak at a meeting hosted by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy, and Heinrich Boll Stiftung. The meeting will discuss current initiatives to regulate excessive speculation in agricultural and energy commodities, including in the unregulated over-the-counter (OTC) market.
