Jillian Williams joined CHHS as a Staff Attorney in August 2007. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated in 2004 with a BA in English Literature as well as a BA in Government and Politics. In 2004, Ms. Williams was accepted to the University of Maryland School of Law as a Leadership Scholar and in 2007 she received her JD. While in law school, Ms. Williams participated in the Equal Access to Justice Clinic and was a law clerk for the Howard County Public Defender's Office. Ms. Williams is currently admitted to practice law in Maryland.
