Adam Coleman joined CHHS in September 2009 as a Law and Policy Analyst and began working on the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPG). Upon his graduation from Washington & Lee University with a BS in Business Administration in 2004, Mr. Coleman spent time as a credit analyst for a staffing firm and later as an analyst in the Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) group at a large bank. He received his JD from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2009. During law school, he completed an internship for the litigation department of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, studied international business and trade law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, and was a summer associate at a local law firm.
