Greenberger Comments on Increased Violence in Baltimore City

CHHS Founder and Director Michael Greenberger cautioned against putting the blame on police in Baltimore City for a recent spike in violence in an Associated Press article, which appeared in several outlets including and the Washington Post.  Greenberger, a former Principal Deputy Associate Attorney General for the Department of Justice, has experience working on federal training programs dealing with police community relations.
