CHHS Founder and Director Michael Greenberger was a guest on, “Midday with Dan Rodricks,” a daily public affairs program on the Baltimore NPR affiliate station WYPR. ¬†NPR correspondent¬†Tom Gjelton and Colin Starger, a constitutional law scholar at the University of Baltimore, were the other guests on the program. Greenberger addressed the illegality of the widespread metadata collection practices of the NSA, the legal implications of the judicial decisions leaked by Edwards Snowden, and the usefulness and future of the NSA program.
