The Howard County departments participating in this tabletop exercise will be Police, Fire, Sheriff, Corrections, Health, and Citizen Services. A tabletop exercise is a facilitated analysis of an emergency situation in an informal, stress-free environment. It is designed to elicit constructive discussion as participants examine and resolve problems based on their existing COOP Plan Draft and identify where that plan needs to be refined.
